We are looking for a caring, compassionate Support Worker to join our team and provide person-centred care to individuals with learning disabilities. The Grange is a lively residential home in Benenden supporting individuals to lead enriched, fulfilled and happy lives. Our teams are committed to ensuring that individuals gain new and exciting opportunities whilst supporting them to maintain their independence, home and well-being.
Individuals receive bespoke support from staff from maintaining their basic needs to achieving their biggest dreams. Staff pride themselves on the trusting relationships that are built with supported people and value everyone as an individual.
Pay
£24,433.62 FTE
£12.66per hour Monday – Friday
£13.66 Saturday and Sunday
Sleep In £74.07 per night
Hours
Individuals need support 7 days a week which will include day shifts, evenings, weekends and sleep ins. We can consider full or part-time applicants.
